Credits are the currency used in n8n Wizard to generate AI-powered workflows. Each time you create a new workflow using our AI, it consumes one credit from your account balance. New users receive $4 in free credits to get started.

How to Get Credits

Good News: Credits Don't Expire!
Your credits will never expire. You can use them at your own pace without worrying about losing unused credits.
Top-Up Credits
One-time top-up credits are added to your account immediately and never expire. You can purchase as many top-ups as you need, and they'll remain in your account indefinitely until you use them.
Checking Your Credit Balance
Your current credit balance is always visible in the top-right corner of the dashboard when you're logged in. You can also view detailed credit usage history in your account settings.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all transactions once they are processed.
We encourage you to start with a smaller top-up to test the platform before committing to a larger purchase.
Why No Refunds?
Our AI generates real workflows that consume computational resources immediately. Once a workflow is generated, we've already incurred the cost of processing your request. This is similar to consuming digital goods or services.
However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact our support team, and we'll work with you to resolve the problem.
