1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of n8n Wizard ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered workflow generation platform operated by Botified, LLC. By accessing or using our Service, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Important Notice
Botified, LLC and the n8n Wizard application are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by n8n GmbH or the n8n platform. n8n Wizard is an independent third-party tool designed to help users generate workflow automations for the n8n platform. 2. ABOUT N8N WIZARD
n8n Wizard is an AI-powered service that helps users generate, customize, and export n8n workflow automations through natural language prompts. The Service uses advanced AI models to interpret user requests and create functional n8n workflows in JSON format.
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
3.1 Core Features
Our Service includes:
- AI-powered workflow generation from natural language prompts
- Interactive workflow editing and refinement
- Visual workflow preview and JSON export
- Workflow versioning and history
- Credit-based usage system
- Multiple subscription tiers
3.2 AI Models and Third-Party Services
Our Service utilizes AI models from third-party providers including OpenRouter, OpenAI, and Anthropic. While we select models for optimal performance, we are not responsible for changes, limitations, or outages imposed by these AI service providers. Your prompts and generated workflows may be processed by these third-party AI services in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.
3.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
4.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Account Security
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.
5. CREDITS AND USAGE
5.1 Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI interaction (prompt generation, workflow modification) consumes credits based on the AI model used and the complexity of the request. Credit costs are displayed before each interaction.
5.2 Credit Purchase and Subscription
Credits can be obtained through subscription plans or one-time purchases. Subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
5.3 No Refunds
All credit purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable. Credits consumed through legitimate use of the Service cannot be refunded, even if you are dissatisfied with the generated workflows.
6. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
6.1 Plan Types
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) with different monthly credit allocations and pricing. Current plan details are available on our pricing page.
6.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
6.3 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
6.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with thirty (30) days advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to your prompts, generated workflows, and any content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
7.2 Generated Workflows
Workflows generated by the Service are provided to you for your use. However, we do not guarantee that generated workflows are free from errors, optimal for your use case, or free from intellectual property claims by third parties.
7.3 Service Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including our platform, algorithms, user interface, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of Botified, LLC.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
8.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Generate workflows intended to harm, defraud, or violate the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Circumvent any technical limitations or usage restrictions
- Share account credentials or resell access to the Service
- Abuse the feedback system or submit false reports
- Use automated systems to generate excessive requests or abuse the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
8.2 Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including suspending or terminating accounts without refund.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
9.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your complete payment information.
9.2 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Continued payment failures may result in suspension of your subscription and loss of subscription benefits.
9.3 Disputed Charges
Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within thirty (30) days of the billing date. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback to resolve the issue.
10. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
10.1 Service Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 AI-Generated Content
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or functionality of AI-generated workflows. Generated workflows may contain errors, may not work as intended, and should be thoroughly tested before deployment in production environments.
10.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party AI providers or the n8n platform itself.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 General Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTIFIED, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11.2 Excluded Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL BOTIFIED, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF GENERATED WORKFLOWS IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Botified, LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, deployment of generated workflows, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
13.1 Privacy Policy
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.2 Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or stored electronically.
13.3 Data Retention
We retain your account data, generated workflows, and usage history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
14.3 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Botified, LLC regarding the Service.
15.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.4 Force Majeure
Botified, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, third-party service outages, or government actions.
15.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
15.6 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
