Accessing Account Settings
You can access your account settings from anywhere in the application by clicking your account menu in the top navigation bar.
- 1.Click on the "Account" button in the top right corner of the navigation bar
- 2.Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
- 3.You'll be taken to your account dashboard
Profile Information
Your account profile displays your basic information including your registered email address. This email is used for:
- •Account authentication and login
- •Billing receipts and invoices
- •Important account notifications
Managing Your Subscription
The Billing section of your account settings allows you to manage your subscription and view billing history.
Current Subscription Overview
Your current subscription section displays:
- •Plan name and status (active, canceled, etc.)
- •Monthly credit allocation
- •Next billing date
- •Cancellation status (if applicable)
Changing Your Plan
- 1.Click "Manage Subscription" in the Current Subscription section
- 2.Browse available monthly subscription plans or one-time top-ups
- 3.Select your desired plan (current plan is marked with a green badge)
- 4.Click "Continue to Payment" to proceed to Stripe checkout
- 5.Complete the secure payment process
Upgrade vs. Downgrade
- •Upgrades: Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing
- •Downgrades: Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
One-Time Credit Top-Ups
In addition to monthly subscriptions, you can purchase one-time credit packages that never expire:
- •$10 for 13 credits
- •$25 for 35 credits
- •$50 for 70 credits
- •$100 for 145 credits
Top-up credits are added immediately to your account and can be used alongside subscription credits.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
Cancellation Process
- 1.Click "Manage Subscription" in your account settings
- 2.Navigate to the "Cancel Subscription" tab
- 3.Review the cancellation details
- 4.Click "Cancel My Subscription"
- 5.Confirm your cancellation in the dialog
What Happens After Cancellation
- •Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- •You keep access to all your remaining credits
- •You won't be charged for the next billing cycle
- •Your workflow history and data are retained
- •You can resubscribe at any time
Important Notes
- •Cancellation is instant and cannot be reversed (but you can resubscribe)
- •No refunds are provided for the current billing period
- •One-time top-up credits never expire and remain available after cancellation
Billing History and Invoices
The Billing History section shows all your credit transactions including:
- •Monthly subscription credit additions
- •One-time credit purchases
- •Transaction dates and amounts
- •Credit quantities added
Accessing Invoices
Each transaction includes an "Invoice" button that opens your Stripe-hosted invoice in a new tab. Invoices include:
- •Full billing details and company information
- •Payment method used
- •Transaction ID and receipt number
- •PDF download option for your records
Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports:
- •Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- •Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- •Bank transfers and other regional payment methods
Payment method details are stored securely by Stripe and are never directly accessible to n8n Wizard servers.
Account Security
Your account is protected through:
- •Industry-standard authentication via Supabase
- •Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
- •Secure session management
- •Password requirements (minimum 6 characters)
Data Management
You have full control over your data:
- •Delete individual workflows from your history
- •Delete conversation sessions
- •Export your workflow data
- •Request account deletion by contacting support
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for subscription fees or one-time credit purchases. When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to your plan benefits and credits until the end of your billing period, but no prorated refund is issued. Credits purchased through top-ups never expire and remain available on your account indefinitely.
